Carol Bullard

Carol “Susie” Dittman Bullard, 65, passed this life Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 at Oxford Health and Rehab Center. She was born November 24, 1951 in St. Petersburg, PA to William E. Dittman and Vada May McKearn Dittman.

Carol was retired from the U.S. Navy as a Lt. Colonel after serving our country for over 21 years. She was also a retired produce manager at Piggly Wiggly in Bruce where she met and greeted everyone with a smile.

She enjoyed her pets and animals and getting on Facebook. Her posts of flowers and other pictures will be missed by her loved ones and friends. She was a Lutheran and attended church at Oxford.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Walter Henry Bullard. She is survived by a sister, Mary (Ron) Bechtel, Keithville, LA; brothers, Frank (Jean) Dittman, Keithville, LA; Gary (Janice) Dittman, St. Petersburg, PA; special aunt, Helen Lohbough, Clarion, PA, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service honoring her life will be Saturday, Sept. 30 at noon at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce, with Bro. James Taylor officiating.
