Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson French, 74, passed away at her home in Derma on Saturday, June 9, 2018. She was the daughter of Edward Lee and Louise (Criddle) Wilkerson. She was born on August 9, 1943 in Linn. She was a factory worker and a caring mother.
Funeral service was Monday at Southern Funeral Chapel in Houston. Burial was in College Hill Cemetery in Vardaman.
Survivors include daughter, Donna (Britt) York, Calhoun City; son, Randy Williams, Derma; daughter-in-law, Teresa Williams; sister, Linda Roberson, Bogue Chitto; brothers, Jimmy Wilkerson, Chatman, LA and David Wilkerson, McComb; grandchildren, Stephanie Williams (Kenneth Albritton), Phillip Williams, Abby Williams, Lee (Amanda) Melton and Dana (Dusty) Helton; great-grandchildren, Cammy, Langston and Lathan Williams, Landon, Carter and Kayla Helton, Loraleigh, Charles Lee and Emmalea Melton; a host of nieces and nephews and a very special sister-in-law, Chris Wilkerson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Lee French; son, George Williams; brothers, Sammy and Donald Wilkerson, and sister, Shirley Smith.
