Curtis Scott Clark, 65, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019 at Laughlin Hospital in Greeneville, TN. He was born August 10, 1954 in Vardaman, to James Durwood and Ernestine Davidson Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Terry, and Terry’s wife, Joan. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Clark, Greeneville, TN; daughter, Tonya (Max) Stephenson, Booneville; sons, Jeffrey Clark and James (Lisa) Brown; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, David Victor (Melony) Clark, Billy (Janet) Clark, Houlka, and Bryan (Ann) Clark, Woodland, and sister, Gloria McGregor.
He was a Seventh-Day Adventist by faith and a six-year employee of Gibson’s Apartment and Storage.
A memorial service will be Saturday, Jan. 11 in Poplar Springs Baptist Church, 271 Hwy. 341 north of Vardaman, pending favorable weather and driving conditions in the local area and east Tennessee. If driving becomes hazardous, the memorial will be postponed until Saturday, Jan. 18.
