Jane Barton, 80, passed away May 27, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Memphis, TN. She was born on June 29, 1933 in Pittsboro, MS to Berta and Sam Patterson. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and a former member of Parkway Village Baptist Church and Cherokee Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Roy L. Barton; daughter, Cindy Smith (Bryan); son, Ronald Barton (Cindy); grandchildren, Matthew Robinson, Emilee Robinson, Anna Rachael Robinson, Sam Barton, Nick Barton, Brandon Smith, Brianna Smith, and Rebekah Caraway. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday, June 1 and funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, June 2 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
