Damita Jo Valentine, 53, of Vardaman, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born July 14, 1961 in Dallas, Tx. She was the daughter of Billy G. Colbert and Betty Towery Colbert. She was a homemaker and member of Faith Bible Church.
Memorial service will be held at a later date. Pryor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived two daughters, Melissa Jo Valentine, Balch Springs, Tx.; Emelia Elizabeth Hardin, Balch Springs, Tx.; one son, William Valentine, Arlington, Tx.; parents, Billy Gene Colbert and Betty Jo Towery Colbert, Vardaman; two sisters, Karen Ann Haley, Murchison, Tx.; Gina Lynn Hall, Vardaman; two brothers, Robert Wayne Edwards, Seoul, South Korea; Samuel Colbert, Vardaman, and two grandchildren.
