Harvey Gene Chandler, 78, of Bruce, passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at Bruce Community Living Center. Born July 19, 1938 in Bruce, he was the son of Harvey and Addie Thomas Chandler. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Batesville.
Surviving are brothers, James (Margie) Chandler, Bruce, and Richard (Syble) Chandler, Bruce. He was predeceased by brother, Jerry Chandler, and sister, Virginia Long.
His funeral service was Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. J.R. Eaton officiating. Interment was in Bruce Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ben Chandler, Bruner Chandler, Lee Chandler, Michael Chandler, Anthony Long and Larry Long.
