Carrol David Bryant, 76, of Potts Camp, formerly of Harriman, TN, passed away December 24, 2019.
He was born the sixth child of Bill and Marie Bryant, Bruce, on June 6, 1943. He was retired from TVA, was of the Baptist faith, loved the Tennessee Vols, his Volkswagen, Western movies and his family (especially his sister “Sue”.)
Carrol David was preceded in death by his wife of many years, Dorothy Jean Bryant; his wife of later years, Wanda Bryant; his parents, one nephew, and one niece.
He leaves nine siblings: Billie Bollinger, Conway, AR; Mildred Spratlin, Meridian; J. Cleon (Dorothy) Bryant, Oakland, TN; Jerry (Carolyn) Bryant, Banner; Karla (Jimmy D.) Vanlandingham, Mathiston; Deborah (Donald) Worsham, Potts Camp, and Don Bryant, Bruce. He also leaves 91 nieces and nephews.
His funeral was December 30 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East in Memphis, where he was interred beside his wife, Dorothy Jean.
