Dorothy Faye Liles, 80, of Pope, died Monday, August 10, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in
Oxford. Born February 12, 1935 in Sarepta, she was the daughter of the late Roy Estes Dye and Inez
McDivitt Dye. She was the wife of the late David A. Liles. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church and a Home Interior displayer.
Surviving are son, Michael (Tammy) Cowsert, Pope; daughters, Lori Williams, Pope, and Lisa Logan,
Calhoun City; sister, Delanie Hales, Oxford; grandchildren, Daphne Bias, Jarrett Williams, Austin
Cowsert, Laura Beth Davis, and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, Steve, Mitchell and Sam Cowsert; brothers, Leroy, Wayne
and Doyle Dye, and sisters, Ada Ruth Duke and Marie Norman.
Her funeral service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Clear Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Rick Griffin and Bro.
Truman Scarbrough officiating. Interment will be in Clear Springs Cemetery, Coffeeville.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 6-8 p.m.at Parker Memorial
Funeral Home in Bruce. The body will lie in state one half hour prior to the funeral service at the
Clear Springs Baptist Church.
